In our training as a cooker, you have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all areas of our hotel and develop your skills. You will be working in the following departments: KAI3 Gourmet Restaurant (excellent with Michelin star)

and many more exciting areas!

During your training, you actively contribute to the smooth running in the various departments. You will work on all items of the kitchen – be it Gardemanger, Entremetier or Saucier – and have the opportunity to work independently and take responsibility. In regular kitchen meetings you can get creative and participate in the development of new dishes. This gives you not only practical experience, but also the opportunity to implement your ideas in a professional environment. In your training period you immerse yourself in the varied world of gastronomy. Our trainers: You continue their knowledge with enthusiasm – practical, personal and at eye level. What also awaits you: versatile internal training regular Azubi meetings a strong team that doesn't let the fun come too short!

You have successfully completed the middle maturity or (special) high school maturity and ideally have already gained first experience in the kitchen through internships or side jobs. Cooking is a passion for you, you live your creativity and want to make your hobby a profession. In addition, you will be drawing on good ways to handle your profile.
