Processing/delivery of all transactions made by fund management including derivatives Competent and friendly contact for external and international asset managers, brokers and depositaries Close cooperation/vote with Tradingdesk/Portfolio Management and internal departments Implementation of quality assurance measures under downstream controls Analysis, design and implementation of digitalization projects within the group (e.g. process automation, digitization of workflows, introduction of new software tools) Continuous identification of optimization potentials and deriving measures for process improvement Interface function between specialist departments, IT and external service providers Working in projects within the framework of software tests and systems as well as the strategic development of the group

Completed training in the banking or financial services sector and/or completed studies preferably in the banking/financial environment First experiences in investment fund business as well as in securities processing (shares, pensions, derivatives, etc.) are advantageous Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English Engagement, motivation and structured working High sense of responsibility, reliability and strong organizational talent Joy in working in a young international team We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
