Teamleiter (m/w/d) We are looking for a team leader (m/w/d) in full or part time for our corporate headquarters in Hannover at the next possible time. As a team leader of post and main accounting, you play a central role and combine technical expertise with modern leadership. In doing so, you are responsible for cooperation with important external partners such as banks, insurance companies, supervisory and association bodies and various audit institutions – including audit management. You coordinate and optimize the workflows of a large team, create impulses for new solutions and create structures that enable efficient work as well as an environment in which self-initiative is explicitly desired and advanced. You will be able to win your employees for changes and to guide them safely through further developments and new requirements. At the same time, you act as an important interface between the departments and ensure a structured, transparent cooperation. You will have a degree in an economics-scientific field or a commercial training (e.g. to the industrial businessman (m/w/d), in office management or healthcare) in combination with relevant professional experience. You have very good expertise and several years of practical work experience in the financial sector, ideally in health care. You want to take over leadership responsibility, or you already have first leadership experience - preferably from the financial environment. You are characterized by their entrepreneurial thinking and action paired with their pronounced decision-making competence and willingness to use. You have very good knowledge of SAP, as well as extensive MS-Office knowledge. Your strong analytical thinking, your solution-oriented way of working as well as your clear, address-oriented communication and safe appearance complete your profile.
