Your tasks:

• You process demanding applications from initial testing to commissioning and make sure that all grid economic requirements are taken into account
• You tune tailor-made solutions with our customers and organize the commissioning of counter services to ensure smooth running
• You carefully check the conditions for remuneration and EEG reimbursement obligations (e.g. EEG, KWKG) and ensure legal procedures
• You are the first contact for our customers, answer enquiries competently and find solutions in difficult situations that convince
• You bring your expertise into our process and expert teams, develop improvements together and ensure optimal implementation

Your qualifications:

• You have a completed university or university degree and are willing to plunge into the challenges of the energy industry
• You have a good business understanding and find yourself quickly in new IT systems
• Ideally, you already have knowledge and experience in the energy industry and can quickly work into regulatory issues
• You work independently, precisely and with a high quality awareness, because you know that you are leaving
• You convince with your strong customer orientation, communicate empathically and keep a clear head even in hectic moments
