Nursing service management for our dementia department (m/f/d)

You take over the overall management of our newly designed protected residential area for people with dementia and actively develop the rontopsychiatric care concept together with your team You ensure a high quality of care and care, implement technical standards and create room for new ideas You guide, motivate and strengthen your team in a challenging, yet modern and needs-oriented work environment You take care of the guidance, advice and support of our care and care staff as well as the trainees You ensure professional control of the care process as well as high-quality care documentation

a completed training as a nursing professional, nursing or nurse recognition as a responsible nursing specialist in accordance with § 71 SGB XI – for example by a PDL further education with at least 460 hours or a corresponding study in care management a rontopsychiatric additional qualification or well-founded multi-year professional experience in the care and care of people with dementia – ideally in a protected residential area empathy and a good feeling for the special needs of people with dementia, a deescaling appearance and a clear, value-adding and employee-oriented way to lead

a consistent release of classic nursing skills so that you have more time for leadership, team development and concept work technical support through our central quality management that accompanies you in the further development, structuring and optimization of processes a strong three-member leadership trio in the institution – with short voting paths, collegial advice and reliable mutual representation at eye level a structured and personally accompanied incorporation and support by a fixed sponsor system regular internal and national executive meetings for professional exchange and networking as well as joint corporate events
