The main focus is on the implementation of demanding construction projects – from the enrolment to the award and the building management. Job Summary You play a central role in project execution and are responsible for the implementation of construction projects in the performance phases 6–8. Its focus is on the independent creation of performance indicators, the implementation of awards and the active building management at the construction site.

Their task field includes the complete project execution in the performance phases 6–8 according to HOAI, in particular: Creation of performance directories (LP 6) for various works Implementation of tenders and tender evaluations (LP 7) Creation and evaluation of price levels Participation in and implementation of award calls Own audit and cost control Takeover of the building management on site (LP 8) Coordination of contractors, specialist planners and contractors Control of dates, qualities and costs at the construction site

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering At least 3 years of professional experience in performance phases 6–8 (HOAI) Experience in creating performance directories and tenders Knowledge in award processes and price level creation First experience in independent construction management Safe handling of AVA software (ideally California.pro) Experience with CAD software (e.g. Vectorworks or comparable) German language skills in word and writing
