As the first contact for our presence, service providers and other visitors, you are the business card of our house and make sure you feel welcome with us. On behalf of apoBank, you will receive and host our guests and support our customers in service requests and provide professional support. They are responsible for the infrastructural and administrative tasks arising in the context of the site establishment, including in relation to ATMs, control measures and fire protection topics. They are responsible for the location and fleet management and support customer events.

They have completed a commercial training, preferably as a bank merchant/buyer. They communicate safely and eloquently with a wide range of target groups and are distinguished by a high service orientation and can ideally answer bank-oriented service requests from our customers. Your own work is of course for you. They also keep an overview in turbulent situations, a cool head and a smile on the lips. Through your organizational skills, make sure that everything goes smoothly in the branch.
