As a team leader Logistics (m/w/d) at the Bike Market Hackmann site in Dörpen, you can secure the smooth flow of goods in warehouse logistics – from receipt of goods, commissioning and shipping to the supply of assembly and our branches. Your area of responsibility includes the Northwest region. The role combines operational cooperation (approximately 70%) with coordinating tasks in the team (approximately 30%) with clear processes, short paths and responsibility in daily business.

Your tasks

Acceptance, control, booking and professional storage of goods in receipt of goods via the HIW system Picking of goods and accessories as well as demand-oriented feeding of new wheel assembly Compilation and dispatch preparation of branch orders as well as organisation and execution of the initial processing Packaging, loading and dispatch processing of online shop customer orders Loading of goods for the store supply including Load securing on the truck Ensuring the timely supply of new wheel assembly and branches in the Northwest region Support of management in the organisation of daily operations as well as operational planning and prioritization You are a central contact person in the daily operating business and coordinate the tasks in the warehouse team Check compliance with safety, quality and order requirements Working with inventory, inventory control, process optimisation and clean disposal of valuables

Completed training as a specialist warehouse, specialist for warehouse logistics or comparable qualification Professional experience in warehouse, shipping and/or logistics Practice in receipt of goods, picking and shipping Structured, reliable and independent functioning as well as sense of responsibility Safe handling of goods management or warehouse management systems (ideally HIW) Physical resilience, operational readiness and team capacity First experience in coordinating small teams (of advantage) knowledge of cargo safety and safety (of advantage); Forklift licence and licence C1 or C1E desirable The place also fits if you have worked as a warehouse employee, employee incoming goods or dispatch workers.
