Technical support for project management in the field of construction with the following priorities: project organisation and cooperation in defining project requirements and objectives in exchange with all project participants Coordination and integration of current construction measures in the ongoing operation of research and teaching Consultation of the utilities in all matters relating to construction Independent coordination of small construction measures and smaller projects Participation in the assignment of freelance workers (architecture, specialist planning, project management, etc.), their coordination and monitoring Coordination with involved authorities (e.g. monument care, urban planning, etc.) Review of construction and planning performance Examination of deductions and invoices of freelance works and of the exporting firms

Technical training (e.g. university degree architect, civil engineer), alternative: other equivalent training, professional experience with a focus on real estate or public building Ability to act and communicate friendly, service-oriented, targeted and transparent A high degree of self-initiative, self-employment and sense of responsibility Team skills and the will to cooperate in an existing, well-functioning team Good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English in word and writing Professional experience in public construction is advantageous Willingness to incorporate into the special requirements of public construction in higher education Knowledge of the contractual and legal standards to be applied, such as VOB, HOAI, AHO and good knowledge of procurement law, are advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
