Coordination and continuous updating of project plans together with the project managers. Control and coordination of changes with regard to personnel needs and project schedules in cooperation with the project management organisation and ensuring data management in the corresponding systems. Determination, analysis and preparation of demand and capacity status reports for the ordering organisation.

You are an industrial businessman (m/w/d), an office businessman (m/w/d) or have successfully launched a BWL study or have a comparable professional degree. min. 2-year professional experience in the field of tasks. Experience in the Lean/Agile project management approach, as well as project management skills. Organizational talent, communication skills and good MS-Office (Project and Excel) are assumed. German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
