Your tasks:

• Care and maintenance of the time recording system
• Recording of working hours, holidays and mistakes in the time recording system
• Support for settlement by administrative activities
• preparation and testing of pay-related documents
• Care and management of personnel master files
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, authorities and insurance companies
• Processing of service requests by e-mail and telephone

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• First experience in human resources, in the time economy or wage preparation of advantage
• Safe handling of MS Office applications, ideally with time management systems and DATEV
• Very careful and structured operation
• discretion, team capacity and communication strength
