We develop our comprehensive planning and consulting skills in turn-key construction for the future and extend our know-how to the field of medical technology planning. For the construction of a corresponding organizational unit at the Hamburg or Stuttgart site - close to our internal operative customers - we are looking for a planning and executive, entrepreneurial thinking personality with leadership experience. Construction and management of the new technical competence centre Processing and control of all stages of performance (concept, design, submission, execution) of the medical device planning and operational organisation Management of the planning team (internal and/or external) of the medical device planning and operational organisation Coordination of all specialist planners working on the project:inside (architecture, support structure, TGA, medical technology etc.) as well as higher-level building management Technical, organisational and personnel coordination of cross-disciplinary project teams Cost and appointment management Optimization of planning and design processes

Complete studies in the field of medical technology/hospital engineering or engineering in the medical field, including architecture or civil engineering Multiannual practice and well-founded knowledge in medical engineering planning as well as in the execution of building projects in the hospital/health/laborator/research environment Leadership, loyalty, team skills and flexibility Organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and management skills for building a new organizational unit Knowledge of relevant technical standards and standards Very good computer skills (MS Office) and CAD/Revit/MEP Target orientation and interest in developing future-oriented solutions and processes Very good language skills in German, ideally also in English in word and writing
