ERP Project Manager - Dynamics 365 / F&SCM / GxP (m/f/d)

You take the Dynamics 365 F&SCM project management (operative) and independently control the D365-F&SCM entry project to Microsoft Success by Design – including workstream coordination, progress tracking, risk management, status reporting and budget monitoring in the delegated framework You implement requirement management & solution concept by taking up technical requirements (Fit-Gap analysis) together with the specialist areas and key users, analyzing, prioritizing and documenting – and developing practical solutions in D365 F&SCM You assume the process and system responsibility for all relevant business processes ( procurement, production, supply chain, sales, finance) in D365 F&SCM from the outset You are responsible for the Application Management & Interface Responsibility by taking over the entire lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&SCM and the adjacent business applications including active control of all interfaces You conduct rollout & change management independently by guiding the key user network as a primary point of contact – including training planning, UAT coordination and go-live support You will ensure the GxP/CSV compliance by ensuring the computerised system validation of Dynamics 365 F&SCM and GxP compliance

You have a degree (e.g. Business Informatics, BWL) or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year experience in ERP projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX. You have sound process know-how (production, supply chain, finance) and have already gained experience in the regulated environment (e.g. GxP). As a communication-strong interface, you can easily moderate between IT and departments and control external service providers with negotiation skills. Your work is structured, solution-oriented and independent – a basic understanding of AI in the ERP context is a clear plus. You speak fluent German (C1) and bring good English skills (B2).
