Tasks

• They are responsible for the further development of the IR strategy in close cooperation with the Management Board and relevant departments.
• You are also responsible for the mediation and further development of a convincing equity story (strategy, markets, products, finances) towards capital market participants.
• The organisation, implementation and follow-up of general meetings incl. Budget creation as well as coordination of internal stakeholders are your own responsibility.
• In addition, you are leading to ensuring compliance with capital market requirements and implementation of mandatory publications and work on special projects related to capital markets and themes.
• The creation and optimization of quarterly and annual reports as well as the preparation and implementation of investor presentations are your work.
• They are also responsible for the planning, organisation and participation in IR events, as well as the content and development of the IR website in coordination with corporate communication.

Profile

• You have a successfully completed study with a focus on BWL, VWL, finance or comparable WiWi qualification.
• They have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of investor relations or comparable function, ideally in a listed company.
• A strong numerical affinity, a thorough understanding of financial key figures, accounting and capital market topics complete your profile.
• In addition, you will notice with a sovereign appearance and very good communication skills in German and English (word and writing).
• A structured and self-responsive way of working as well as a high team orientation and loadability are of course for you.
• Safe handling of all MS Office programs is a prerequisite.
• In addition, Bloomberg knowledge and experience in the international environment are advantageous and desirable.
