Tasks

Responsibility for debitor accounting: Care and monitoring of debitor accounts

• Processing of receivable management and execution of reminders -Booking of payment inputs and voting of open items
• Creation and verification of invoices and credits -Communication with customers and internal departments to clarify payment issues
• Participation in monthly and annual accounts -Support in optimizing accounting processes

Requirements profile

Ideally professional experience in debitor accounting or financial and accounting

• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, DATEV) -Structured and accurate operation as well as a good numerical understanding -Communication strength and joy in contact with customers -Team spirit, initiative and reliability
