Pricing Manager (w/m/x) DACH

As a pricing manager (w/m/x) DACH, you will lead the local team of Pricing Specialists and contribute significantly to shaping and implementing the pricing strategy for our business units in the DACH region. The aim is to enable fact-based, economically successful decisions in the sales organization. You act as a central interface between the local market, regional stakeholders and global pricing teams.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the local pricing team in the DACH region

End-to-end support in the pricing of strategic contracts with large customers

Conception of new contract models and development of local contract models for prioritized portfolios and sales channels

Analysis and control of portfolio prices, in particular for new introductions and product mix optimization

Assessment of cost increases, initiation of price adjustments and implementation of price indexing in coordination with business units

Conducting Fit/Gap analyses of existing processes and managing projects for process optimization

Collaboration with all divisions of the Cluster Region (Sales & Marketing) and global/regional stakeholders from pricing, finance, IT and customer care

Ensuring audit and compliance requirements related to pricing

A completed economic studies or a comparable qualification through vocational training and relevant experience/further education

Mind. 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position in pricing

Embossed analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking

Entrepreneurial mindset with clear result orientation

Ability to build strong internal networks across different functions

Power of persuasion and motivation

Knowledge of commercial IT systems (including SAP, Salesforce)

Very good Excel knowledge

Strong communication, presentation and moderation capabilities

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Experience in the medical technology industry of advantage
