Information Security Manager

In this function, you take on central technical and coordinating tasks in the field of information security and, together with the CISO, shape the strategic and operational development of the security organization. You support the CISO professionally and take representation tasks if necessary. You participate in the further development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the company-wide security scheme. You are monitoring security-relevant regulatory developments (e.g. NIS2) and supporting their implementation in the company. You coordinate the ISMS steering circle and support the perception of governance tasks in the area of information security. As a digitalization officer, you support the further development of the security roadmap and appropriate measures. You work in associations and specialised bodies and represent the interests of information security. You coordinate security-relevant issues at the interfaces to purchasing, data protection, approval and other areas of expertise and support appropriate alerts. You support the processing of security incidents and the execution and moderation of IAC workshops.

Qualifications Your profile Complete university studies of computer science, business informatics, security management or comparable discipline Relevant professional experience in Information Security, Information Security Management (ISMS) or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Knowledge of relevant standards, standards and regulatory requirements, ideally in the context of critical infrastructures Experience in cooperation with bodies and in professional stakeholder management Designed analytical, conceptual and organizational skills Structured, responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength as well as the ability to convey complex situations according to target groups Flowing German knowledge at least on C1 level in word and writing You meet about 70 percent of the requirements?
