The digitalization and IT service centre (DITZ) in THW is looking for reinforcement for the location of the training center Neuhausen – in presence on site. It offers a powerful IT organization with around 160 IT experts who are networked in specialized teams across the country and are at your disposal with comprehensive know-how. At the training center, as an IT specialist, you also take over the function as a permanent contact person for the Campus IT as well as the Digital Teaching – well and in the long term can be planned outside the usual times and on weekends.

Further development of Campus IT: You actively shape the IT landscape in the training center, implement strategic requirements and drive the continuous optimization of IT and media technology. Operation & Administration: You ensure safe, stable and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure – from installation and configuration to monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting – on campus and in the field of national or international courses. You manage central systems and domains, manage permissions and optimize system performance, data backup and communication solutions. Support & Enablement Digital Teaching: You provide IT solutions for digital teaching, supervise teaching and specialty software, and support teachers in a practical manner – even during ongoing operation. Projects & quality assurance: You accompany pilot projects, analyse weaknesses, develop improvements and ensure sustainable quality through documentation and standardization. Training & cooperation: You work closely with teaching staff and internal interfaces, create practical documents and carry out instructions and training.
