You take personal care of an exclusive, strategic customer base that is closely connected to our company by proactively addressing the concerns and needs and shaping a long-term partnership You are responsible for ensuring the quality of service and support of our departments in the service You identify new ways to improve customer satisfaction and implement appropriate measures to restore a high level of satisfaction You support the development of a sustainable growth of your accounts by identifying new projects and actively developing revenue potential You identify upsell and cross-selling potentials through the continuous analysis of customer needs and requirements and advise decision makers on C-Level on our services By regular coordination with the service-producing areas and the Key Account Manager, you ensure the operating quality and continuously develop the performance portfolio

You have a degree or a professional training with multi-year relevant professional experience, preferably with a service provider in IT consulting or IT sales You bring sound knowledge in the field of IT contract law You draw your attention through very good presentation and communication skills at (top) management level as well as a professional appearance and at the same time have a thorough understanding of business and technical relationships in medium-sized companies.
