As part of the central HR area of REWE, it is in our hands to form the company of tomorrow. In this exciting area you will support an important process - the Assessment Center of our merchants. You will accompany our assessment and development center by administrative means and ensure a smooth process. Here you get practical insights into the applied aptitude diagnosis and gain valuable experience in the Assessment and Development Center.

What you do with us: You are in action: By accompanying multi-day group compensation center independently administratively. You're in the middle of it: On the spot you enter the candidate: in Germany during their assessment center - one of the most important days for their further career. Your support is in demand: You strengthen the moderation team in the background using the latest AC software and methodology. You have the overview: On site you are responsible for the smooth time and result management.

You are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the Assessment Center Implementation in centrally located hotels in Cologne. Self-safe appearance paired with an openness for different personalities. You are registered:r Student:in the (economic) psychology or a similar discipline with HR reference.
