Heading and further development of the HR team Takeover and control of the operational HR topics for an assigned support area Coordination and exchange with our US counterparties Advice and Sparring of the Management, the CHRO of the Business Unit and the Executives in all relevant questions Control and optimization of HR processes Cooperation and coordination with the CoEs (e.g. Personal Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll) Cooperation with employee representatives taking into account the applicable co-determination rights Heading and participation in cross-departmental HR projects at division, business unit or company level Accompanying transformation and change processes Preparation and participation in audits

Successfully completed studies (Diplom/Master) of law or economics with a focus on labour law/personnel Multiannual professional experience in an international industrial/production environment, ideally in corporate structures Found experience in consulting executives Comprehensive knowledge of labour law Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and MS Office Very good English skills in word and writing Travel readiness for occasional missions Embossed communication capability with high implementation strength
