Our ten-member Learning & Development team supports the development of our employees with a lot of commitment and joy. From the control of our training and development offerings, to skills management and the targeted promotion of our junior staff, talents and executives to health management, we design all areas of operational and strategic personnel development. Enjoy varied tasks, exciting insights and the opportunity to actively support our HR team with your ideas and commitment: Various insights into Learning & Development: As a working student, you support our Learning & Development team in all areas of operational and strategic personnel development. You will get exciting insights into the development of our employees – from training opportunities to talent and leadership development to health management. Organization & Training Management: You accompany the entire process of our training activities - from planning and organization to communication with participants to follow-up. LinkedIn Learning & digital learning offers: You support us in the administration and development of our LinkedIn Learning offer. You will help us to make our digital learning opportunities attractive and allow our employees easy access to appropriate learning content. Conception & further development: Together with the team you work on the design, optimization and further development of our personnel development measures and processes. Your ideas and perspectives are expressly welcome. Presentations & communication materials: You prepare presentations, templates and other documents professionally and support content in a comprehensible and appealing manner. Trends in the eye: You are researching current developments and trends in the area of Learning & Development and introducing new impulses into our work. This will help us to further develop our staff development in a future-oriented manner. This place is limited to one year, possibly with the option of extension

You are registered as a full-time student in a suitable course of study of a domestic university or university of applied science: you can support us with up to 20 hours a week and are ideally available for at least one year. You have already gained first practical experience – ideally in the staff sector – and have the pleasure of getting to know and actively shaping new topics. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (at least C1) and communicate openly, friendly and value-adding. You work independently, structured and reliable. In doing so, you think, bring in your own ideas and have the courage to introduce new perspectives instead of merely working on tasks. You are interested in modern learning and development concepts and have fun in developing processes and developing sustainable solutions together with the team. The exchange with others makes you happy and you appreciate the cooperation in a dedicated team, in which mutual support is of course.
