Project Manager for Legal Acquisition/Rights of Way (Focus on Commercial Law) (m/f/d)

Competent management of the required legal acquisition processes for the construction and modification of gas high pressure lines and gas-technical systems (e.g. gas pressure control and measuring systems) for biogas and/or hydrogen transport Project planning, reporting and quality management and documentation Control of companies to be integrated (engineering offices, experts etc.) Strong management of negotiations with owners, tenants and associations Close cooperation with our corporate communication with regard to project communication and stakeholder management for the projects you are responsible, including through representation of our construction projects, all internal and external stakeholders as competent contact persons (including for politics, authorities, residents, media) Participation in external and internal working groups

Successful completion as a legal expert, administrative expert, economic lawyer, survey engineer or comparable to economic law Ideally, already position-relevant professional experience in infrastructure or the willingness to work with great commitment Experience in soil protection and agricultural and forestry knowledge is advantageous Very good planning, organisational and problem-solving skills as well as high self-initiative and independent working methods combined with your negotiation skills Highly pronounced presentation and communication skills of different target groups Ready for business trips and passenger car tickets
