The Senior Expert Asset Management & Pension Fund is responsible for the further development of the investment methodology in Private Banking & Wealth Management, accompanies the strategic and operational design of the bank-wide asset management and controls the capital investment of the company's pension (bAV). The role combines conceptual, analytical and operational responsibility. Development and Harmonization of Investment Methodology in Private Banking & Wealth Management Strategic co-design of PB/WM investment architecture and new investment solutions in close coordination with sales Approval of central risk/return assumptions and coordination of methodological standards with the French parent company Cooperation in building a consistent asset management framework and using group-wide synergies (mother company and subsidiary bank) Responsibility for the investment of bAV, including manager selection, mandate management, monitoring and performance analysis Responsibility for the acquisition, harmonisation and operational integration of the bAV systems and processes of a newly purchased bank Interface to external service providers in capital and asset management Extension of the investment universe to Alternative Investments (in particular Private Debt and Private Infrastructure)

Complete economic or financial studies, Master desirable Multiannual experience in asset management or institutional investment Deep understanding of capital markets, asset allocation and risk models Experience in the field of private markets as well as bAV-relevant post-Merger/Change management topics High self-responsibility, pronounced analytical and communication skills and professional appearance Very good knowledge of German and English
