District Manager in the Field Service Volvo - Region Baden-Württemberg & Bavaria (m/f/d)

For our cooperation partner VCIS Germany GmbH, AP Solutions GmbH - as part of the Allianz Group and joint venture partner of Volvo Cars Germany - is looking for a dedicated district manager (m/w/d) in the field service for the regions of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. As a District Manager (m/w/d) at VCIS Germany GmbH, you are the central interface for our dealer connections and first contact partners around our innovative KFZ insurance solutions. With your hands-on mentality, you not only drive the operational measures forward, but also implement strategic sales goals together with us.

Competent support and consolidation of existing trader links at decision-making level Contact person for all specialist dealer requests Implementation of defined operational measures and strategic objectives (such as sales programmes or incentives) in trade Organization and implementation of sales training in trade Observation of the market and competitors situation Self-employed travel planning

Training/study in the commercial sector (ideally with focus on insurance, automotive or bank) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a bank (Captive/Non-captive), leasing company, insurance company (focus on automotive) or insurance broker (m/w/d) Good MS Office skills, especially in dealing with Excel and PowerPoint Class B driving licence External service experience in an automotive trade organization High sales affinity and self-motivation Proactivity, determination and willingness to achieve goals Readiness to learn and develop Communication strength with internal and external contacts Embossed customer and service provider orientation High readiness incl. overnight stays
