You are the first contact person(s) for customers, customs authorities, transport service providers and internal stakeholders for all customs matters You are responsible for the introduction and monitoring of uniform customs and foreign trade processes and are responsible for import and export related activities including cooperation in the production of customs declarations and other customs documents You can work with the creation and definition of relevant KPIs including the creation and evaluation of risk analyses You take the material classification, tariffing and master data management as well as the application and maintenance of customs authorisations You identify optimization potentials and are responsible for compliance and correct implementation of new regulations You are responsible for defining and monitoring trade compliance policies and implementing and coordinating a trade compliance management system You tune with other departments/interfaces and perform various project tasks

You have a degree or comparable training in the field of logistics with a focus on customs You have several years of experience in logistics, export and foreign trade You bring well-founded knowledge of how to deal with a product management program (e.g. SAP, ABAS) and very good knowledge of MS Office with You have very good English skills in word and writing, team skills and enforcement skills Communication skills, cost awareness and good self-organization and independent work complete your profile
