Projects in focus: You actively participate in our Culture Evolution project and create effective interventions and formats in cooperation with other departments and service providers. Content-Creation: You create and maintain creative content for our intranet page and MS Teams channels – this is how communication becomes an experience. Variety in everyday life: you design and organize classic formats and actions that address the needs of our diverse teams to convey the principles of the Charter of Diversity. Measuring success: You regularly prepare meaningful reports and presentations for the measurement and analysis of our KPIs and thus communicate the progress of our initiatives to relevant stakeholders. Networking: As an active ambassador of our DEI networks, you are actively promoting a lively and diverse relationship, promoting a growing participation in the various forums and actively participate in different working groups. Operational support: You support our inclusive representatives in the operational tasks and develop suggestions for improvement.

A completed study in the field of communication, psychology, human resources management or a comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a manufacturing company Knowledge of current issues and approaches to cultural development, diversity & inclusion and change management Empathy, persuasiveness and enthusiasm, coupled with the motivation to actively shape cultural change processes, also against resistance Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English Analytical skills for creating meaningful reports and analyses
