Specialist site manager according to §§ 52 / 55 BauO LSA for the construction of a biogas plant (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced specialist building manager for the construction management of a biogas plant in Könnern, Saxony-Anhalt. Together with the local project team, you are responsible for managing all aspects of the project from planning to completion and ensure compliance with German construction regulations, safety regulations and project specifications. You coordinate cooperation with contractors, suppliers and interest groups in order to complete a high-quality plant on time and within the budget. Monitoring of all phases of the biogas plant, including construction site preparation, installation and system integration Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans Ensuring compliance with German building regulations, environmental standards, occupational safety requirements and management of project documentation including approvals and certifications Coordination with engineering teams, contractors and suppliers Conducting regular construction sites and ensuring quality standards Guidance and supervision of the construction site teams on site by clear instructions and performance feedback Identification and mitigation of project risks, management of change orders and implementation of corrective measures to comply with time and budget requirements Communication of project status, challenges and developments to management and stakeholders while ensuring that all safety protocols are complied with throughout the entire construction phase

At least 7 years of experience in building project management, ideally already experience in managing specialized industrial or renewable energy projects Expertise in the construction of biogas plants or similar infrastructure projects Knowledge of the German building rights, in particular the building regulations (BauO LSA), DIN standards, environmental regulations and safety standards Safe handling of project management software for scheduling, budgeting and documentation Expertise in Budget Management, Cost Analysis and Financial Forecasts Detailed knowledge of the components, processes and technical specifications of biogas plants Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to make determined decisions under pressure
