Take over the operational responsibility for a smooth service run in your area of responsibility. Guide and support the service team in daily operation and be an example of active cooperation. Ensure a warm, attentive and personal guest service at the highest level. Coordinate reservations as well as booking, cash and billing processes with our cash register system. Organize and control the daily mise-en-place work for an optimal service run. Present our hotel professionally through active guest and customer contact. Work closely with all hotel departments to create a unique hotel experience. Support the integration of new employees and promote the further development of your team. Actively contribute to achieving our goals in the areas of customer satisfaction, service quality and sales. Ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and service standards.

Completed hotel and/or restaurant training Experience in the R&B Service in the same or similar position Relevant professional experience regarding the creation of longdrings, cocktails etc. Creative, open and solution-oriented working Comprehensive communication and expressiveness Hands-On Mentality, flexible commitment to support the entire team Fun to go to people and inspire them for the b'mine hotels Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2/C1)
