The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• Want to digitize? Then, together with us, develop a digital and innovative ecosystem to make the customer experience unique to the companies of the Schwarz Group
• You are the first contact for our departments and advise the development teams in terms of infrastructure & architecture for our multi-messenger marketing platform, as well as associated interface technologies, resystems and messenger channels
• You are responsible for ensuring platform security, stability and performance and implement any measures such as load and penetration testing together with appropriate interface areas
• With the development teams you design all technical requirements for infrastructure, interfaces and technology as well as development and operational processes
• You support the product team and IT project management at the 2nd and 3rd levels of support and implement quality assurance measures in close cooperation

Your profile

• Basic experience in handling tools in the cloud or Microservice environment (STACKIT, GCP, Microsoft Azure, API platforms, etc.) desired
• You already have experience in software development processes (KANBAN. SCRUM) and knowledge in JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of the development and operation of communication platforms with regard to tools and technologies, quality assurance measures, logging and monitoring *Expressed analytical and communicative skills and independent, structured and targeted working methods
• Knowledge of German and English (safe in word and writing)
• A high level of reliability, flexibility and care
• Completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics or information technology or comparable qualification with a pronounced technical understanding
