Accountant on mini-job basis (m/f/d)

Lamex Horns GmbH is an import and trading company for frozen and dried vegetable and fruit raw materials. As part of the Lamex Group, we are responsible for the German market at the Hamburg location. With more than 20 offices worldwide, Lamex is one of the largest food retailers worldwide. For the location in Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced accountant (m/w/d) based on Minijob (approximately 603€ per month) to support our financial department. The position includes activities in the main and secondary register, the creation of tax-relevant documents and the participation in internal reporting requirements. The roll is designed for about 10 hours per week.

Your duties and responsibilities Processing, settlement and booking of business incidents in financial accounting according to HGB Main and secondary books (in particular stocks, creditors, debitors, bank and cash registers) Implementation and monitoring of payment transactions Coordination of accounts and clarification of differences Compilation of monthly accounts including period-based delimitations and accounts Wage accounting including maintenance of master data, production of monthly wage and salary bills, and notifications to social security institutions and authorities Creation and processing of tax-relevant certificates, in particular in the field of indirect taxes (e.g. turnover tax) Creation of evaluations and collaboration for reporting Support in the further development of accounting processes and documentation Support for administrative activities, such as intrastat reporting, accounting, contracting

Your profile With us you fit well into the team if you: have completed commercial training, ideally focusing on financial accounting or comparable qualifications can demonstrate practical experience and sound knowledge of financial accounting including the safe handling of counterlogics have experiences with common financial accounting and electronic banking software (e.g. DATEV) Understanding HGB Accounting and Bringing Basic Knowledge in Sales Tax Law Own initiative, strong team, communication and organisational skills can maintain high reliability, precise functioning, discretion, sense of responsibility and safe handling of internal stakeholders
