Regulatory Officer (m/f/d)

As Regulatory Officer (m/w/d), you are the voice and face of the DEVK to the customer in case of damage. You always place your interests at the centre of your activity, equivalent to the economic requirements of regulatory work. You meet the customer's wishes fair, competent and active. Your bet includes upper, lower and middle fringes.

You are responsible for the independent detection/regulating of building damage, including building accessories, household damage and liability damage. You transfer and coordinate trades (partner companies). You are responsible for the damage management with the aim of cost minimization. You conduct negotiations on the amount of damage/height on site with the customer. You plan and organize your tours and routes independently.

You have technical knowledge or completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance, or Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You have a valid license (class B). You have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel...). You have a safe, correct appearance, associated with negotiation skills and decision-making. You are flexible in your work placement/management. You have a high level of conflict, even in difficult conversations. Your own initiative and motivation for personal development are of course for you.
