About the department As part of a team of 50 engineers and sales staff (m/w/d), our international customers will assist you in new projects and follow proactive tenders in the energy and water sectors as well as in strategy consulting with a focus on the sales region CUS countries, East and Southeast Europe. In addition, potential new customers offer our high-quality consulting services.

As a proposal manager, you are responsible for the creation of proposals / offers in the field of energy/water management and energy infrastructure You mainly process the offers of the sales region CUS countries, East and Southeastern Europe You calculate, create and edit offers in close cooperation with our technical experts You present and negotiate the offers with the customer They continuously observe the market situation and identify new markets

Completed studies, ideally with a background of engineering science and an energy or economic relationship Experience in consulting very advantageous Analytical and structured thinking Very good English skills, other foreign languages of advantage Communication strength, flexibility and openness for new topics e.g. renewable energies and sustainability Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
