We are looking for a specialist in the areas of Contributions and Finance (m/w/d) at the Department of Childcare in Ulm (KITA) as soon as possible Part-time, fixed-term The agency is limited for one year as a medical representative with the option of extension for a 75% employment amount (29.25 hours per week). Payment is made by 9a TVöD.

Your tasks: Calculation and notification of parental and cost contributions Information, advice and support for parents, carriers and daycare facilities in matters relating to the charging of the city of Ulm Reporting for statistical and internal purposes Participation in amendments to the Statute and the further development of the pay order Participation in the further development of internal processes and digital processes in the contribution area Complaint management

Your profile: a successfully completed training for/for administrative staff or a comparable qualification well-founded knowledge in office communication environment, especially MS-Office products Openness to changes and new developments good written and oral communication skills as well as customer friendliness in dealing with parents and carriers independent, reliable and structured operation Teamability, flexibility and high commitment Loadability even with temporarily high work load
