You actively support day-to-day operations in the field of management development You help with the planning and organization of coaching, training and internal events (including correspondence with participants and trainers:inside, invitation management, refurbishment) You support the design and development of the diversity portfolio and the corresponding products You are responsible for entering, maintaining and processing development data in our IT system and PowerPoint, as well as responsible for various reporting You bring ideas into current HR projects Your chances: You gain a comprehensive insight into processes of modern management development (e.g. demand and potential analyses, succession planning, e-learning) of an international group You encounter attractive and challenging work tasks in day-to-day business and work on them independently or together with a dynamic team You have the opportunity to introduce your own ideas As a personal developer, we look at your learning goals, of course!
