Team Leader Bridge Modernization (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Bridge Modernization team including leadership, coaching and further development of employees Control and optimization of workflows, processes and targets in the area of responsibility and with adjacent areas of expertise Responsibility for the planning and implementation of projects in the field of bridge modernization, from design phase to construction preparation and quality assurance Cross-project and cross-border coordination, control and quality assurance of private and foreign planning services Negotiations with public authorities (e.g. municipalities, citizens' initiatives, water management offices or other road load carriers) Creation of building law including all the above points commissioning and technical, contractual and planning support of engineering offices as well as examination of documents

Completed scientific university studies (Master / Dipl.-Ing. Univ.) in civil engineering with a focus on road planning or similar or acquired by professional experience. Multiannual experience in employee management Funded knowledge in the planning and construction of transport systems and drainage systems Multiannual professional experience in project management and coordination Knowledge of the award and handling of engineering services Safe handling of administrative bodies, in particular state council offices, cities and municipalities, and other promoters Basic knowledge of design measurement driving licence class B German knowledge of at least level C2

That would be desirable: Practical design experience in construction engineering Basic knowledge of landscape planning, environmental and water law Practical experience in the application of the BIM method in the planning of transport systems
