Environmental Planning Engineer (m/f/d)

To support our team in the Planning Environment department, we are looking for you as an engineer for environmental planning (w/m/d) for the Güstrow branch.

Planning, preparation and installation of contract documents for new construction, maintenance and maintenance activities of compensation measures as well as control of external engineering offices. Creating Fauna-Flora-Habitat and Bird Protection Compatibility Tests, Special Artenschutzprüfungs, Landscape Career Accompanying Plans and Landscape Career Designs. Implementation of procurement procedures for planning, service and construction services, as well as the technical and economic examination and settlement of offers, secondary offers and freelance services. Monitoring the compliance of construction contracts (VOB) and the construction site regulation in building contract function Implementation of the acceptances and follow-up tests according to VOB/B, systematic defect determination and processing of claims for defects. Examination of inventory plans, the continuous maintenance and evaluation of contracts, invoices and project data in the specialist databases (e.g. iTWo and A/E) for transfer to the entertainment. Development of technical opinions

Complete university studies (Dipl.-Ing. FH or Bachelor) in the field of landscape planning, landscape architecture, nature conservation and landscape care or comparable knowledge, skills and professional experience. Good knowledge of Nature Conservation and Environmental Law (Bundesnaturschutzgesetz, Landesspecific Naturschutzausführunggesetz, Bundesbodenschutzgesetz, Bundesbodenschutzverordnung). Good knowledge of the procurement, budget and fee law (Federal Budget Regulation, HOAI, VgV, VOB, ZTV LA-StB, Construction Agency Regulation). Good knowledge in the fields of obesity, botany, vegetation and faunistics. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing – at least at level C1. Class B valid driving licence and readiness to travel within the branch and nationwide.

That would be desirable: Secure user knowledge in iTWo. Practical experience in the implementation of and participation in consultation and discussion with authorities. Experience in formulating opinions on objections within the framework of planning changes.
