Become part of our team and introduce your expertise as Customer Relationship Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for our energy solutions in the private and commercial customer segment. Plan, control, analyze and optimize the CRM-driven customer journey with the aim of sustainably strengthening customer value and satisfaction You develop innovative and automated marketing ideas as well as campaigns – from conception to implementation – with a focus on inventory customer development and Lead Nurturing (on- and offline) You evaluate campaigns using relevant KPIs such as the Customer Lifetime Value using CRM reporting tools and manage optimization potentials You analyse the behavior of our customers, define relevant measures and increase positive customer experiences as well as their value creation across all channels Improve our cross-functional CRM processes and continuously develop our digital marketing platform to optimally capture relevant customer data and use them in value-making use cases

Complete master's degree with a focus on economics (e.g. BWL) or a comparable qualification Found professional experience in the field of inventory customer marketing, CRM and campaign management along the customer journey Safe handling of MS Office as well as practical experience in using CRM systems and/or email marketing tools Knowledge of popular marketing automation systems Deep understanding of customer needs in the B2C market and knowledge of which data are relevant Team player with high own initiative, strong commitment and a structured, independent working Communication strength, persuasiveness and customer orientation complete the profile
