Key-User/First Level Support for applications (acceptance and solution of disturbances in user application handling etc.) Recording of IT requirements by users and translation into specialist concepts for forwarding to IT Specialized participation in IT projects and also management/subproject management master data management (release, validation, modification) Testing and quality assurance of the requirements/strengths and approval for the production Creation of user documentation Specialized user training Cooperation in Key-User/Fachkoordinator Bodies and Teams Job/interface monitoring in the respective SAP context Provision and control of data deliveries Application and program tests (test case determination/checklist etc.) Working in optimizing and maintaining system performance and system relevance Interface to other topics, e.g. staff, donation management, fundraising, controlling

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable vocational training with further training on the economic informatics and/or balance sheet holder desirable Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting Very good user knowledge in the SAP modules FI & AA, the additional applications EBX-Global, Uniserv as well as in the MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Advantages of First Level Support Embossed skills in the practical collection and processing of business processes Self-working and a strong understanding of complex processes High level of self-initiative and strong team capacity High level of IT affinity /Expressed interest in IT topics
