As a team leader (w/m/d), you take responsibility for a motivated team and make sure that our cleaning processes run smoothly – for satisfied customers and a strong team! Leadership and organisation of your cleaning team as well as service planning Contact for customers and employees – You are the link between all parties Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations and legal guidelines Instruction and introduction of new employees and ensuring optimal integration into the team Material management: Ordering and distribution of detergents and utensils Support of the object management in organisational tasks

Professional experience in building cleaning or service industry Special qualification as a desinfektor Experience in the management and organisation of work processes Reliability, flexibility and an independent operation MS Office knowledge for planning and communication High self-initiative and organisational ability Very good knowledge of German to communicate with both customers and the team clearly and professionally Class B driving licence
