Engineer TGA HLS (m/w/d)

Your duties Own calculation of services of technical building equipment for turnkey construction projects Sighting and evaluation of tenders Examination of plan documents for completeness, plausibility and contractual compliance Participation in the creation of performance directories and tenders for TGA companies Development of special suggestions for optimizing projects Support in procurement and contract negotiations with contracting entities and subcontractors

Your profile Completed technical university/higher education in the fields of supply technology / buildings – and energy technology Knowledge of relevant DIN standards, VDE regulations and the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) Professional experience in the calculation, tendering or project management of TGA-Gewerken Secure handling of MS Office and costing software (e.g. RIB iTWO) Quick conception, analytical and process-oriented thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and strong team spirit Travel readiness and flexibility
