Project Manager - Building Technology / Controlling / Electrical Engineering / Crafts (m/f/d)

Our radius of action is located on the German side of the tri-country corner South-Baden.

You are responsible for the holistic planning, control and execution of projects in energy and building technology – from supply skating to final billing. As a central contact person, you coordinate cooperation with clients, authorities and experts and ensure a smooth project sequence. You run the project team professionally, work closely with the construction managers and create precise appointment and personnel deployment plans. The cost control and budget monitoring will keep you in mind throughout the entire project and create the corresponding bills and bills. You ensure complete technical documentation, prepare audit documents and cooperate in the development of downstream maintenance contracts.

You have a completed training as a master or technician or a study in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in technical planning and construction management, ideally in energy and building technology. When dealing with MS Office, you are versed and quickly work into new software. Their mode of operation is structured and independent, paired with a high service orientation and an eye for detail. As a communicative team player, you will be happy to work with various project participants and bring a high level of readiness to learn. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing to ensure smooth communication.
