Electronics technician or master craftsman/technician as trainer (m/f/d)

We of the WJW, the Wiesbaden Youth Workshop gGmbH, are a training and employment company with around 190 employees, who at two locations qualified about 500 trainees and participants in measures in 25 different occupations. For this purpose, we maintain several artisanal training workshops, an agricultural production plant, two gastronomy facilities and several shops. To strengthen our team we are looking for a full-time Electronics and Masters/Technists as an instructor (m/w/d)

Technical support and coordination of the projects in the workshop with particular attention to our trainees and participants Implementation of practical and theoretical training in the training occupation of industrial electricians/in the field of industrial engineering Support in the further development and implementation of existing and new training concepts, in particular in the context of digital learning formats Application of digital teaching and learning methods Training of socially disadvantaged young people Conducting tests on electrical systems and equipment according to DGUV and DIN-VDE

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or a start-up or completed training as a master or state-tested technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, training examination (AEVO) or willingness to acquire it Knowledge in handling PLC controls Siemens S7, TIA portal desirable Experience in dealing with relevant standards and regulations Experience in teaching content Responsible planning and organisation of training projects The appraisal handling of trainees is familiar to you and you have the interest and fun to pass on your expertise to young people Teamability, flexibility and reliability Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Payment by country district collective agreement No. 8/2020/TV WJW gGmbH (TVöD Social and Educational Service), value between SuE 7 and SuE 8b (between 3.556.93 € and 4.221.94 € brutto/month), the specific grouping depends on its personal requirements Special payments 5-day week/39 hours, Monday-Friday/30 days holiday/year + 2 regeneration days Occupational pension Flexible working time design within the frame times with sliding time and digital time recording Friendly working atmosphere and thus attractive possibility of professional exchange and further development Individual training and qualifications
