You support the recruitment of trainees (sighting of application documents, implementation of recruitment tests, participation in interviews) You are responsible for the planning and organisation of training and events for trainees You support the support of trainees You support the development and optimization of central training standards for our training companies You support various projects in the central area of training, e.g. training strategy and training marketing

You study business, psychology or pedagogy and have special interest in the topic of human resources and have basic business knowledge You have successfully completed the first semesters and are looking for an internship as part of a mandatory internship. You are available for at least 4 months in full time (of which you can be free for a maximum of 3 months) Your strengths include high commitment, self-employment and goal-sustainability You enjoy organisational activities and have a structured way of working It distinguishes your high reliability and team orientation You are willing to take responsibility and enjoy working independently as a member of a team You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to be part of tk accelis?
