Operational responsible management and development of sites Organisation of work and management processes Ensuring occupancy (acquisition of people with assistance needs) Ensuring funding in accordance with the current concept Management and advice of the pedagogical staff Head of team meetings Development of information material, information events and parental work Organisational development and the provision of qualifications and training for employees Business planning for the location Material management and ordering Own-sponsored cooperation with external experts and departments (authorities, offices)

a completed degree (Bachelor / Master / Diploma) in the field of social education / social work, rehabilitation education or comparable qualifications (social education / in – social workers / in – rehabilitation education / in – m/w/d) Experience in working with adult people with assistance needs Experience in leadership of employees and teams A high level of responsibility and reliability

regulated working hours (Mo-Fr) in the employment range of 38.5 hours/week (full time) Remuneration in accordance with applicable pay regulations and children's allowance 2x per year voluntary special payments (Christmas and holiday allowance) 30 days of holiday at a 5-day week (excl.
