They manage the processing of customer complaints and the cause analysis as an interface between customer quality engineering (CQE) and internal specialist departments. You define and manage priorities in coordination with the Customer Quality Team to ensure customer satisfaction. They are responsible for the QDB (reclamation database) and the improvement of customer complaint processing in terms of methods, transit time and effectiveness. They review quality agreements with customers, generic customer standards, specifications and guidelines and negotiate with customers. They manage reliability resources and capacities for internal departments. They define new quality standards for the company based on applicable standards and CSRs.

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics or a similar field. They have 5-10 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing, with experience in electrical and/or quality engineering. They bring valuable leadership experience to successfully guide and inspire teams on site. They have experience in electrical and physical fault analysis as well as in automotive reliability. They have a solid understanding of magnetic Hall sensors and HV microcontroller products. They have excellent written and oral communication skills. They control both English and German fluently.
