Head of System Architectures (m/f/d)

Discipline of the System Architectures department in the field of engineering and responsibility for the planning and implementation of the departmental objectives Ensure cross-product, consistent, integrable and future-oriented system architectures, control and monitoring of engineering processes and participation in their continuous improvement Qualification of employees, support for professional and personal development in terms of strategic and technological business objectives Resource planning and optimization taking into account a multi-project, product, building block and technology environment, as well as implementation of job placements and annual employee talks Responsibility for the completion of agreed services of the department and representation of all personal business concerns inward and outward

Successfully completed university studies in the natural or engineering sciences or completed technical studies in an MINT area Long-standing experience in the development of complex technical systems, ideally in a leading architectural, system engineering or engineering leadership role as well as sound knowledge in system architecture, system decomposition, interfaces, requirements engineering, system integration and technical decision-making Extensive knowledge and skills in situational leadership, motivation and further development of employees, combined with the promotion of teamwork and open, constructive communication Own-responsibility, enforcement, safe occurrence, pronounced resilience and flexibility as well as ability to structure complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as readiness to occasional national and international missions
