IT Infrastructure Engineer / Systemadministrator (m/f/d)

In this role you are the backbone of our IT infrastructure. Your task is not only to manage the status quo, but to actively raise our systems to the next level. Administration & Optimization: You will manage and optimize our hybrid client and server landscape (Windows / Linux / MacOS) and the virtualization environment in the data center based on VMware 2nd & 3rd Level Support: You test complex tickets in the Infrastructure environment and act as a technical expert (w/m/d) with profound problems Cloud Transformation: You accompany us in managing and expanding our multi-cloud resources (Microsoft Azure or AWS) and M365 services Network infrastructure: You secure a frictionless operation – from firewalls and VPN accesses to core switches and wireless solutions IT-Security: You implement security guidelines, monitor backup strategies and proactively respond to mon­toring alarms Automation: Repetitive tasks belong to the past for you. You rely on automatized deployments and system hardening. Whether through classic scripting or modern automation platforms – you minimize manual interventions and control our system landscape intelligently Technical implementation of projects: whether roll-outs, migrations or the introduction of new tools – you plan and implement technical projects in close coordination with the Head of IT from the consultation to the Go-live Knowledge Management & Dokumentation: You care and live a complete, professional IT documentation. You ensure that system configurations, processes and emergency plans are up-to-date and transparent to the team Service provider management: You control external service partners and providers, coordinate maintenance operations and ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

You bring the technical foundation and the necessary experience to safely master complex environments. Training/studies: You have a completed training on the subject-informatic (w/m/d) for system integration, a study of (activity) information, or a comparable qualification with a single professional experience Infrastructure expertise: You have extensive expertise in Windows administration (servers and clients) and ideally experience in heterogeneous environments with macOS and Linux Cloud know-how: You are safe in handling cloud infrastructure and modern workplace solutions (M365, Intune / Endpoint Management) Network expertise: concepts such as VLAN, Routing, Subnetting and IPsec are hand tools for you IT-Security & Compliance: Experience in handling audits, penetration tests and processes for business continuity Working methods & personality: You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, bringing together an embossed hand-on-menta. You like to take responsibility, work actively and have a strong communication strength and well-founded organizational skills. Interest for new things: You question existing structures, follow technological developments with interest and actively bring your own ideas Languages: In our international company, you will certainly communicate in German and English – be it in exchange with colleagues worldwide, external partners or in the field of technology.
