This is your field of action: They are responsible for the distribution and support of the market areas in questions of digital banking services. They are responsible for the user service and distribution of electronic banking applications and POS terminals. They support our corporate customer advisors (m/w/d) in payment transactions. They are responsible for the introduction of new electronic banking products. They participate in targeted campaigns for selected target groups.

This distinguishes you: You have successfully completed a training as a computer science businessman or businessman for digitalization management. Ideally, you can demonstrate first experience in customer support. You have the pleasure of expanding digital services. They are characterized by a high technical affinity. They appreciate regular contact with our customers.
