In this role, you advise national and international corporations internationally legally, in particular in the areas of corporate law and M&A. They accompany and coordinate all legal aspects of M&A transactions and intra-group structural measures. In addition, you design and negotiate business purchase and joint venture contracts independently. They advise our Group companies on company law issues, especially in GmbH and Aktienrecht. They prepare committee decisions and meetings, including record creation. In addition, you work closely with specialist departments such as M&A, taxes, finance and HR and manage external consultants.

They have the second legal state exam and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the fields of company law/M&A. You have in-depth knowledge of GmbH and Aktienrecht; Knowledge of co-determination is advantageous. They like to work in international and interdisciplinary teams and are resilient. They are communication-strong, negotiated and enforceable. They dominate German and English in word and writing. Other foreign language skills are of advantage.
